Austerity measures are continuously being introduced, and more and more people do need our aid.
People/families in need (referred from support agencies) can benefit from lower prices. Referrals are valid for one month after receipt. As soon as we receive a referral, we make contact (if not possible via phone call, we will send a text message) to the client, who may visit as regularly as they wish during the referral valid period. Referrals are only accepted via email, clients who arrive with a hard copy referral which has not been emailed to us will not be able to purchase at referral prices.
All referrals will pay a reduced delivery fee of £10. This is a set price for all areas across the island. (This fee is per delivery not per item.) Referrals receive an approx. discount of a 3rd on most items and all electricals come with a three month warranty. Storeroom2010 operates without funding, so unfortunately, we cannot offer any items free of charge.
Please be aware, that not all items on display are subject to referral prices.
There are around 60 agencies who referral people in need to us. A few to mention are The Jobcentre, Sovereign, Southern Housing, children services, Aspire and lots more.
Unfortunately, we cannot supply used electric cookers or any sort of gas appliance.
